HUNT FOR STOLEN DRUGS
SOUTHAMPTON police were recently making an extensive search for a quantity of dangerous drugs which had been stolen from a local doctor’s motor-car. Parents were asked to question their children and discover whether they had a silver snuff-box in their possession. The drugs were contained in small tubes which the doctor kept in the box and included morphine, atrophine tablets, strychnine, and hyoscine.
