The St. Mark’s Anglican Ladies’ Guild Christmas fair and sale of work will be held at the Town Hall, Kaponga, on Friday, December 7. The guild has enlarged its activities and in addition to a most attractive fair in the afternoon from 2 till 6 p.m. there is a special comedy presentation from the stage in the evening. “The Theatrical Agency,” a farce comedy which has been specially prepared for the occasion, will be staged by Kaponga players on behalf of the guild.* December brings thoughts of Christmas Gifts and the eternal question of “What shall I give?” On page 19 of this issue, Morey"s Ltd. offer a comprehensive list of Christmas Gift suggestions, enabling one to make an easy selection of useful inexpensive presents from any season’s stocks for the coming season.
