PATEA
Miss Fleetwood, New Plymouth, spent a few days at Patea as the guest of Miss W. Kenworthy.
Mrs. H. A. Jones has returned from a visit to Stratford.
Mrs. T. E- Roberts and Miss T. Gibson will leave this morning for Waikanae for a short holiday.
Mrs. A. H. Hodge arrived at London last week and was met by her son, Dr, Merton Hodge.
Mr. R. L. Holmes has accepted a position at Marton and will leave Patea next Thursday. His position as secretary at the Freezing works will be taken by Mr. G. Edwards, Auckland. Mrs. F. Turnbull, Auckland, was a visitor to Patea and was the guest of Mrs. McClelland.
