NO RECOGNITION FOR DOMINIONS.
MEDICAL COUNCIL TAKES ACTION.

Sir Norman Walker, in his presidential address to the General Medical Council, said the Medical Act, 1886, made it impossible for the council to answer favourably requests from the Dominion for recognition of their diplomas of public health. He had communicated with Mr. Stanley Baldwin and was hopeful that Parliamentary action might solve the difficulty.
