COAL AGREEMENT
CONSIDERABLE PROGRESS MADE.
BRITISH AND POLISH OWNERS.

Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rutfby, Nov. 27. The Secretary for Mines, Mr. Ernest Brown, stated that during discussions recently held at Warsaw very great progress was made towards the conclusion of an agreement between British and Polish coal owners. British coal owners had now invited representative Polish owners to . come to London next Monday, when the discussions would be resumed.
