Pierre Laval, French Foreign Minister, proposals for the conclusion of a pact of mutual assistance, says the Daily Telegraph’s Paris correspondent. It is rumoured also that the Turkish Government is agreeable to conclude a pact of non-aggression and mutual consultation with France.
