Exchequer returns for the past week show that during the current financial year the total ordinary revenue, exclusive of self-balancing revenue, amounted at November 24 to £366,816,051, which was £2,044,652 less than the amount collected at the corresponding date last year. The expenditure for the same period, exclusive of self-balancing items, was £439,052,342, which exceeded the amount expended at the corresponding date last year by £8,109,677. BUTTER MARKET QUIET.
