FISHING DISPUTES
TWO TRIBUNALS APPOINTED.
ANGLO-NORWEGIAN AGREEMENT.
(British Official Wireless.) Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Nov. 26. The two boards envisaged in the recent agreement between the United Kingdom and Norway, regarding the settlement of claims between British and Norwegian fishermen, have now been constituted. Commander Cumming, British vice-consul in northen Norway and M. Bassoe, Governor of Finmark, will sit on the board in Norway and Mr. Moss Blundell, Chief Inspector of Fisheries, and M. Andvord, sounsellor of the Norwegian Legation at London, on the corresponding board in Great Britain.
