MILITARY GOODS INSISTED ON.
RESTRICTION ON MANUFACTURES.

Export manufacturers will be refused foreign currency for the importation of raw materials unless they, also make military goods. Thus the machinery maker cannot import spare parts because he will not produce goods “for defence purposes.”
