ANXIETY ALLAYED
MASTER OF SEMPILL OVERDUE.
UNABLE TO FIND AERODROME.

Anxiety for the safety of Colonel the Master of Sempill, who was expected at Melbourne yesterday, was allayed when he was reported at Portsea, about 60 miles away, early in the morning. He arrived over .Melbourne late last night but was unable to find an aerodrome, so looked for a suitable landing place on nearby beaches. After alighting at Portsea he spent the night in the scrub. A later message states that the Master Sempill has arrived at Melbourne.
