CONCILIATION COMMISSIONER. MYSTERY AT MELBOURNE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 9 p.m. Melbourne, Nov. 26. The Commonwealth Conciliation Commissioner, Mr. Edmund Harold Coneybeer, who was to have delivered an interim award to-day in an industrial dispute, did not appear and is stated to be missing.
A garage proprietor recently took out a county court summons claiming £96 from Mr. Coneybeer for the hire of cars on various occasions. Judgment had been entered by default.
