REASON FOR FARMER’S FAILURE.
CREDITORS’ DIVIDED OPINIO:
By Telegraph—Pi-ess Association. Wellington, Nov. 26. Falling prices for sheep and wool were given as the reasons for insolvency by Cephas John Cullen, Lower Hutt, farmer, when he faced a creditors’ meeting this morning. ‘ A motion that his discharge should be facilitated was lost because the value of debts owing to two secured creditors who voted against it was greater than that of the debts owing to the other creditors and the meeting was adjourned sine dek The amount owing to unsecured credi« tors was given as £467 13s Sd.
