British Wireless. Rugby, Nov 22. Lord Londonderry, Secretary of State for Air, in the House of Lords reviewed the progress in civil aviation. Referring to the projected England to Australia service, he said that long before the Melbourne race plans were drawn up for an accelerated schedule between Britain and Australia, nearly halving the schedule with which the service is to open. , .
