PLEBISCITE IN SAAR
DIFFICULT POINTS DISCUSSED.
CALL ON FOREIGN SECRETARY.
British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Nov. 23. A deputation representing the League of Nations called upon Sir John Simon, Foreign Secretary, and discussed with him a number of points in connection with the forthcoming Saar plebiscite, which appeared to them likely to give rise to difficulty. In connection with the plebiscite 350 Swiss, 350 Luxembourgers and 100 Dutchmen, all German speaking, will preside at the 750 voting centres, x the voters at any of which will be limited to 750. ..■■■ .
