SUPREME COURT SENTENCES.
BREAKING AND THEFT CHARGES.

Hamilton, November 22.
Colin Yeatman, aged 21, and Frederick Harvey McGregor, aged 47, charged with breaking; entering and theft at Tokoroa, were sentenced in the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day. The former was admitted to probation for two years and McGregor was given one year hard labour.
Robert Bamberry, aged 55, a former sanitary and traffic inspector for the Tauranga Borough was given probation for two years on five charges of theft involving £37, mostly in license fees. He was ordered to make restitution.
