BLOOD TEST POINT
VALUE IN AFFILIATION CASES.
COMMENTS BY MAGISTRATE.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Nov. 23.
In giving a reserved decision in an affiliation case Mr. H. W. Bundle, S.M., said that while the evidence afforded by the blood tests would be of great value in all cases, the court had no power to order that they be'made, and the defendant’s application for an adjournment for six months from the date of the child’s birth to enable blood tests to be made to assist in determining the question of paternity was refused.
