The Times in a leading article commends New Zealand’s forestry policy and extols Lord Bledisloe’s activities in that connection. It emphasises the necessity for the increased education of the public to the possibilities of New Zealand timbers.
It adds that Britain’s 'demand for timber is greater than ever. Trade in timber with New Zealand only awaits marketing skill in order to grow.
