CANDIDATES IN FORM. (By Wire—Special to News.) Auckland, Last Night, Useful fields are carded for the second day of the Waikato Racing Club’s meeting to-morrow when some more interesting contests should eventuate. There has been a little rain since Saturday but insufficient to affect the going, which should be excellent, unless the weather sets in wet. Horses likely to be well supported include:— 12.15;—Frankton Handicap: Curlew, Aubretia, Spearcourt. I.o:—Matangi Hurdles: King Win, St. Ames, Luminary. 1.45:*-Clarkin Hack Handicap: Diagano, Lia Fail, King Rey. 2.3o:—Hamilton Handicap: Aga Khan, King’s Knave, Gay Marigold. 3.ls:—Ruakura Stakes: Velocipede, Golden Princess.
4.o:—Waikato Hack Cup: Silver Jubilee, Tuaheahe, Killadar. 4.4s:—Kirikiriroa Handicap: Sinking Fund, Scotland, King Ford. , s.3o:—Tauwhare Highweight: Arch Ruler, Bugle Call, Valpai. Musquil and Protomint will be bracketed in the Hamilton Handicap.
