ALLOTMENTS OF £32,000,000. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright London, Nov. 9. The total amount applied for in tenders for £35,000,000 Treasury bills was £58,265,000, and the amount allotted in bills at three months £32,000,000. The average rate per cent was 5s 2.65 d, compared with 6s 9.66 d last week.
