PROGRESSIVE RINKS PLAYED. NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB’S MATCH. The New Plymouth Bowling Club on Saturday held progressive rinks play on the Courtenay Street green. This was an innovation made possible by there being no shield games. The method followed after each game was for skips and threes to keep together and play' with fresh leads and seconds. The winners were Gordon (lead), Garth (second), Nesbit Smith (third) and H. Fookes (skip) with no losses.
