MR. WEATHERHOG APPOINTED. SERVICE IN SOUTH AMERICA. By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, Oct. 17. The Rev. T. P. Weatherhog has been appointed Dean of Hamilton by the Bishop of Waikato. He came to New Zealand in 1921 and has had appointments in the Auckland diocese. He returned to England in 1928, and for the last three years has been chaplain of All Saints. Nietheroy, and chaplain of the Mission to Seamen, Rio de Janeiro. , < He will leave South America at the end of the year and will be installed z 3 dean at the end of March. The Rev. C. W. Turner, vicar of To Aroha, has been appointed to the canonry of St. Peter’s, Hamilton. The. Rev. ( R. Boyt, vicar of Frankton, has been appointed a minor canon.
