FIVE OF AUSTRALIANS WIN. BOUTS WITH WELLINGTON MEN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Australian amateur boxers won five of seven bouts against Wellington representatives at the town hall this evening and delighted the crowd with clever displays. Results are:— Flyweight: H. Cooper (Australia) beat L. Larsen on points. Bantamweight: B. Gillam (Australia) beat N. Tanner on a knock-out in the first round. ■ Featherweight: W. Aitken (Wellington) beat J. Moore on points. Welterweight: .A. Warbick (Australia) beat J. Plank on points. Middleweight: M. Spring (Wellington) beat J. Miles on points. Light-heavyweight: W. Burns (Australia) beat G. Holcroft on points. Heavyweight: S. O. Inskip (Australia) beat Gordon Lang on points. Trophies were presented by the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates.
