Probate has been granted of the will of the late Mr. Andrew Spence Chimside, a prominent Victorian grazier, who left one of the biggest fortunes of the year, £337,848 in Victoria and £24,538 in New South Wales. His widow receives an annuity of £2OOO. The remainder, subject to legacies to employees, goes to his adopted daughter, Mrs. Joan Waugh, and her children.
