RAILWAYS BOARD CONSIDERATION. (By Wire— Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night The Government Railways Board is giving consideration to a proposal to establish a night train between Wellington and New Plymouth, according to a statement made by the Minister of Railways, the Rt.
