OLD AGE PENSIONER’S DEATH
KNOCKED OVER BY MOTOR-CYCLE.
CYCLIST ALSO SOMEWHAT HURT.,

Alfred Reginald Newberry, aged 66, single, an old-age pensioner of Sydenham who was knocked down by a motorcycle in Carlyle Street yesterday, died in hospital early this morning from severe head injuries. He did not regain consciousness.
The motor-cyclist, Victor Sayers, is still in hospital improving. He also has head injuries.
