PROACTINIUM ISOLATED
MILLION DOLLARS AN OUNCE. MORE PENETRATING THAN RADIUM By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, Sept. 10. A Cleveland (Ohio) message states that the' first isolation of proactinium, the rarest metal, worth one million dollars an ounce, is announced by the American Chemical Society. The metal is silvery and radio active and the rays are more penetrating than radium.
