WAITARA CYCLE HANDICAPS
ROAD RACE THIS AFTERNOON. The Waitara Cycle, Athletic and Axemen’s Club’s handicaps for the third of a series of cycle races for the Yardley Cup to be decided this afternoon are: R. Yardley scr, M. Wiley 3m, E. Oliver 44m, K. Surrey 6m, E. Bowen 6m, B. Old 74m, and L. Drinkwater 9m.
The course is from Waitara to the Waiongona railway . crossing, about three miles from Inglewood, back through Waitara to Motunui and back to Waitara, a distance of 29 miles.
