An announcement of particular interest to dairy farmers appears in this issue to’ the effect that New Zealand SeroVaccines Ltd., of New Plymouth, has established a modem scientific laboratory, equipped with the best and most scientific apparatus, and controlled by Mr. J. Hill Motion, whose veterinary work among Taranaki dairy herds is well and favourably known to the farmers of the province. The laboratory is situated on the Main South Road, three miles from the New Plymouth post office, and is open for inspection by appointment. i • In view of the serious ravages of disease among dairy herds the new laboratory promises to fill an important want, and offers farmers a specialist service for mammitis and other dread scourges so rampant to-day—afflictions that cause annual losses running into thousands of pounds. All classes of vaccines, and serum, are supplied, and all classes of analytical and diagnostic work is undertaken.—Advt,
