38 INTERNATIONAL RACE ENTRIES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Warsaw. Sept. 7. Thirty-eight competitors from Poland, France, Italy, Germany and Czechoslovakia, and two Britons, Mr. Walter MacPherson and Miss Slade, have started on an international air race to Algiers and back, a distance of 7500 miles.
