PLEBISCITE IN THE SAAR
FRANCO-GERMAN AGREEMENT. LIBERTY WITH GUARANTEES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. Paris, June 2. The French delegation , announced today that it had reached an agreement with Germany regarding the Saar, fixing the plebiscite for January 13. The inhabitants of the region are to exercise liberty to vote, with full guarantees against oppression.
