The New Zealand Dairy Produce Board has been advised by the Australian board that it has fixed the minimum prices at which Australian butter may be sold for forward shipment to the United Kingdom during the coming week at 9d and BJd. These prices are the New Zealand f.o.b. equivalent to the Australian c.i.f.e. minimum prices fixed. SHAREMARKET TRANSACTIONS. Sharemarket business reported by the Press Association on Saturday was:— Auckland:—Sharemarket sales: Bank of Australasia, £1115s; Bank of New Zealand, 52s 7d; Australian Provincial Assurance, 10s 3d; Robinson Ice, 19s 3d; Mahakipawa, 8d; Waitahu, 4s 9d.
