NO SETTLEMENT AT LYTTELTON. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, May 31. No settlement has been reached yet in the dispute between the watersiders and the Railway Department. The steamer Cambridge was idle again to-day. The railway hands demand extra men.
