£350,060,000 FULLY SUBSCRIBED. WORKERS SURRENDER WAGES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Moscow, May 22. The Tass agency announces that a £350,000,000 loan for the second year of the second five-year plan has been fully subscribed. The Sun’s Moscow correspondent says the loan was compulsory, the workers surrendering three weeks’ wages.
