CANADIAN COMPANY’S DISCOVERY NEW HIGH EXPLOSIVE PROCESS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Vancouver, May 21. Significant discoveries affecting aniline dyes and high explosives have been made by the Manitoba Creosote Company, which has succeeded in removing all carbon from coal-tar. Two foreign Governments are making overtures for the explosives process, but it will go to Britain.
