PAPER MILLS DIVIDEND. New Zealand Paper Mills Limited has advised the Stock Exchange Association that the board of directors have decided to recommend payment of a final dividend of 4 per cent., making with the interim dividend paid in November, 7 per cent, for the year ended March 31, the same as for the previous year. The dividend is payable on May 21. AHAURA GOLD. Over 200,000 contributing shares in the Upper Ahaura Gold Dredging Company Ltd., were applied for within less than a month of the issue of the prospectus on March 23, and the company went to allotment within five days. This company was formed to install a new dredge of the latest design on the virgin ground at Ahaura River, West Coast.
