BREAKING, ENTERING AND- THEFT By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. In the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Kennedy Thomas Henry Pine was found not guilty of attempted indecent assault;
Eric William Vincent and George Dore pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering and stealing goods to the value of 47s 9d. They were remanded till Wednesday. Vincent, further charged with breaking and entering and stealing goods to the value of £3O, was found guilty ana remanded for sentence.
