FOOTBALL COMMITTEE. At a meeting of the committee of the Inglewood Rugby Football Club travelling expenses were discussed and it was decided to ask the fourth grade players to pay Is, thirds Is 6d and juniors 2s towards the travelling expenses. In the case of seniors it was decided that any travelling expenses in excess of 5s would be paid by the club. The junior rate will be reviewed at the end of the first round of the fixtures. Personal. Mr. C. A. H. Craw, cadet on the Inglewood railway staff, who has been transferred to the Lower Hutt staff, left on Monday morning. Mr. Craw was farewelled by members of the staff and the Inglewood carriers on Saturday. Mr. A. A. Johnston, New Plymouth, is relieving at Inglewood pending transfer from Wellington of Mr. J. E. Russell, who will take Mr. Craw’s position.
