By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. London, March 31. The Bavarian Government has ordered an inquiry into a severe attack on an Englishman, Mr. J. Cecil, a grandson of the Marquis of Salisbury, by Nazis, says the Munich correspondent of the Daily Express. While Mr. Cecil and a party were dining in a restaurant two Hazis seated at the next table molested a German woman belonging to Mr. Cecil’s party because she had rouge on her face. The woman’s husband demanded an apology and was knocked down. Mr. Cecil went to his assistance.. More Nazis pushed up and felled Mr. Cecil, sat on him and defied the police by brandishing chairs. Three of Mr. Cecil’s guests were also beaten till the police summoned Storm troopers, who managed to get Mr. Cecil and party out of the cafe.
