GRAND ORANGE LODGE
■ SESSIONS AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Grand Orange Lodge of New Zealand and the ladies chapter of the same institution are holding the annual sessions at Wellington. The attendance is representative of every community in New Zealand. Grand Master George Agnew, Invercargill, is presiding. Councillor M. F. Luckie in the absence of the Mayor, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, extended a welcome at the opening session. Presentations were made to the Grand Lodge of a crown for the altar by Past Grand Master Alex Grieg, Dunedin, and a set of inlaid collection plates on behalf of Bro. W. Heild, Auckland. The grand secretary’s report showed the strength of the institution to be well maintained. The sessions will continue on Monday.
