MAJOR DOUGLAS AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night Major C. H. Douglas to-night addressed a large and appreciative audience in the town hall. The Mayor, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, presided. Major Douglas criticised the present currency system and urged its reform.
