PAYMENT FOR CLOTHES CLAIMED.

Because of a suit purchased when he was best man at a wedding in 1931 and a vest for hunting attire at the same time Kenneth Herbert Bedford, Motonui, was subjected to strict examination by Mr. N. Little, who represented the supplier of the clothes, Charles Goldsmith, in an application for a judgment summons order against Bedford at the Magistrate s Court, New Plymouth, yesterday. Bedford was ordered by Mr. W. H.
