SOUTHLAND MAN AND SON ON BAIL By Telegraph—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. As a sequel to a recent police raid in the Dunsdale district William Alexander Mcßae and his son William Robertson Mcßae were each charged to-day with being concerned in unlawfully making spirits. Mcßae senr. was further charged with being a person on whose place a still suitable for distilling was found. Both men pleaded not guilty and the case was adjourned until February 16. Bail was allowed each accused in his own recognisance of £3OO, with two sureties each of £l5O and one surety of £3OO.
