FULL QUOTA RESTORED
FRENCH COTTON IMPORTS. BRITISH DEMAND CONCEDED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Jan. 28. The Observer says that, following discussions, France has restored the full quota of many cotton tissues. Mr. Runciman rejected the Manchester Chamber of Commerce’s suggestion that the Government appoint a committee to examine the operation of a most favoured nation clause.
