JAVA VISIT ABANDONED. ALLEGED PLOT BY FOREIGNERS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. Batavia, Jan. 26. A local newspaper states that’-.Lord Allenby broke off his Java visit owing to the threat of certain foreigners against his life. The authorities took the precaution of advising his departure in order to frustrate the plans.
