COLONEL MANUEL DEHORA. SURRENDER IN WAR RECALLED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 7 p.m. New York, Jan. 27 Colonel Manuel Dehora, consulting engineer and soldier of fortune, who surrendered at Johannesburg to Lord Roberts in the Boer War, died of pneumonic yesterday at the age of 85.
