EAST COAST THEATRE CRIME
YOUNG MAN ARRESTED. BREAKING AND ENTRY ALLEGED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Gisborne, Jan. 27. In connection with the alleged breaking and entering of the Plaza Theatre, Wanganui, on December 27, detectives arrested Charles Stuart Binnie, aged 20, at Tarewa. Binnie was brought before Mr. Walton, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday morning and charged with breaking and entering the theatre with intent to commit a crime. ‘He was remanded to appear at Wanganui on January 31.
