CHANGE IN BRITISH DUTIES
PRESENT RATES SUBSTITUTED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rugby, Jan. 12. An order has been issued under the Import Duties Act substituting for the existing ad valorem duty of 20 per cent, on oats and oat products the following specific rates of duty as from to-morrow: Oats in grain, 3s per cwt; oatmeal, including all cuts of oats, rolled oats, flaked oats, oat flour, feeding oatmeal, or ground oats, but not including oat husk or oat huskmeal, 7s 6d per cwt.
