REPRISAL FOR FRENCH ACTION. GERMANY ACTS SIMILARLY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 11.30 p.m. Berlin, Jan. 14. As a reprisal for the French reduction of quotas on imports from Germany the latter is imposing quotas on a number of French products, which will reduce imports from France to the extent, of £1,500,000 sterling yearly.
