LABOUR MEMBER'S ALLEGATIONS.

Professor Noel-Baker, Labour M.P. for Coventry, addressing the National Peace Council, said: “I have positive knowledge that armament firms employed paid agents at Geneva to spread rumours designed to demoralise the Disarmament Conference and convince the press delegates that the proceedings were bound to fail.”
