PRINCE TOURING YORKSHIRE.
SOCIAL SERVICES VISITED. British WTeless. Rugby, Dec. 13. When the Prince of Wales, as patron of the National Council of Social Services, began a three days’ tour of Yorkshire at Hull he was given an enthusiastic welcome by the unemployed men of the city, four of whose clubs he visited. He inspected the men’s activities and talked to them with an entire _ absence of formality on a variety of subjects.
